Our story

Founded in 2019, Olive Branch Enterprise is a 100% Aboriginal owned business that celebrates our Indigenous Culture.

Owned and operated by family members that fall under Senior Elder Timothy Champion Senior, a respected Aboriginal elder and community member to the Goldfields region, Olive Branch Enterprise has a passion to see Indigenous Aboriginal Businesses and the Aboriginal Community thrive.

Olive Branch Enterprise aims to challenge the status quo in order to deliver services, products and training/development that stays true to our core values as a company, family and business.

Our Native Title Solicitor Simon Blackshield referenced Olive Branch Enterprises by writing, “Simon Shin and Olive Branch Enterprises represent a prominent, highly respected branch of the Champion Family comprising Timothy Champion Senior and his descendants. Marlinyu Ghoorlie Applicant James Champion is a leading member of his family; The Marlinyu Ghoorlie Applicants strongly and unambiguously support Olive Branch Enterprise in pursuing business and employment opportunities throughout the Marlinyu Ghoorlie Claim area on behalf of its shareholders…”

Suicide has emerged as a major cause of Indigenous premature mortality.

In 2014, it was the fifth leading cause of death among Indigenous people which is around twice as high as the non-Indigenous rate.

Our 3 Pillars of Success

We believe every young Aboriginal person deserves the opportunity to shape their own future with confidence, pride, and purpose. By investing in education, employment, and entrepreneurial pathways, we are building stronger foundations for the next generation to succeed and thrive.

Education

Education is the key to unlocking potential. We support Aboriginal students with programs, mentoring, and resources that empower them to pursue knowledge, build skills, and achieve their goals. By strengthening learning pathways, we create opportunities that last a lifetime.

Employment

Meaningful employment transforms lives and communities. We partner with industry experts and community organisations to open doors for Aboriginal family members to secure sustainable careers. Our focus is on building job-ready skills, confidence, and long-term opportunities.

Entrepreneurial Pathways

Entrepreneurship is about innovation, leadership, and self-determination. We provide the tools, training, and networks for our Aboriginal family members to turn ideas into enterprises. By supporting and engaging with Aboriginal-owned businesses, we are strengthening economic independence and community prosperity.

For the Next Generation

Our Three Pillars of Success are about creating pathways that honour culture while building future opportunities. We are committed to equipping the next generation of Aboriginal family members with the skills, confidence, and support they need to succeed and build future Legacy Projects for Generational Wealth.
